The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w4life login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. w4life will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w4life makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, w4life's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action proceeding against w4life.
